The first three of the eight Iberian lynxes to be released in the Region are already in acclimatisation enclosures, prior to their definitive release into the wild.

The President of the Regional Government, Fernando López Miras, today took part in the release of three Iberian lynx specimens in the surroundings of the Pantano de Puentes reservoir, in the municipality of Lorca, as part of the Life Lynxconnect project.
