International Conference ‘Shared Vision, Coordinated Action: Conservation of the Iberian Lynx in the Iberian Peninsula’
February 10, 2026
The LIFE LynxConnect Project is pleased to invite you to the International Conference ‘Shared Vision, Coordinated Action: Conservation of the Iberian Lynx in the Iberian Peninsula’, which will take place in Seville from 25 to 27 November 2025. With this transnational project, which has a strong scientific and social component, coming to an end, this International Conference aims to be a meeting place where we can discuss and learn about the main challenges faced by this iconic species and how they have been overcome, resulting in its status being changed from ‘Endangered’ to ‘Vulnerable’ according to the IUCN.
It will be a space for learning and the future, where we will not only discuss the achievements made, but also the ways in which they were made possible and what this means for the implementation of other European programmes linked to biodiversity conservation. It is an opportunity to understand the keys to a project in which the cooperation of the European Commission and all the territories involved has achieved an unprecedented milestone.
We look forward to seeing you in Seville this coming November.
